Private Yoga
Our Private Yoga Classes are intended to synchronize the breath and movement in an eclectic mix inspired by both Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. Our yoga practice will restore vitality, lengthen and release tight muscles, tendons, and ligaments, and above all, it will center and ground you. The continuous flow of movement creates heat in the body allowing for increased metabolism, flexibility, and detoxification, leading to improved overall health and fitness. Classes are tailored and sequenced according to the needs of the student.
